What is the event about :
You live in the US and are interested in the All of Us program but have not participated in the program. Now there is a chance to learn more about the program and take home a big prize!

How to join the raffle event :
Step 1. To register for the event scan the QR code.
Step 2. Our staff will contact you to confirm the education session date.
Step 3. Participate in your scheduled education session at our office.

The event is open to customers live in the United States only (excluding LSA employees).

Participants must provide accurate personal information, and LSA reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the information. If the information is found to be untrue or incomplete, leading to the inability to notify or identify the winner, it will be considered a waiver of prize eligibility.
